Alexander A. Sotirov M.A. NCC, LPC Licensed Professional Counselor Mr. Alexander Sotirov is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the Roosevelt University. He is fluent in Bulgarian and English, and can provide translating services. Alexander provides individual therapy and couple’s counseling. He specializes in depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. It is important to Alexander to develop rapport with his clients in order for them to feel comfortable sharing life experiences.
Mr. Alexander Sotirov’s Cognitive-Behavioral therapeutic approach help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions and actions. It is important to Alexander to create a congruent and empathic environment in which clients can visualize their better self. Providing guidelines for achieving this personal state is a major part of his method.
