Frank is a seasoned clinician with extensive experience, both professionally and personally. Frank is a wise teacher to help you understand yourself more deeply and to provide answers and life direction. His warm, compassionate, and direct style will help you solve some of your life challenges and create movement. Frank works with Children, Teens, Adults, Couples, and Families.
Frank’s goal is not to overwhelm you with too much information, but believes it is important to share some of the clinical areas he is well experienced with. These areas include ADD, ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Bipolar, Codependency, Couples/Marriage, Depression, Divorce, Family, Food/body issues, Grief Loss, Lack of passion, LGBTQIA community, Meditation, Mental health, Men's issues, Personal Development, Personality Disorders, Self-Esteem, Sexuality, Social Support, Spirituality, Stress, Suicide, Trauma/Abuse.
Some additional information about Frank includes Black belt standing in martial arts for over 20 years and believes utilizing a holistic approach to wellness is an avenue in reaching your goals. He has also assisted many services with the Mankind Project designed to help men to understand their specific psychological needs and challenges while working to evolve themselves while aging and changing over time.
Frank is fluent in Spanish and is multicultural sensitive. He interned at the Salvation Army Counseling in Chicago, ran several drug and alcohol therapy groups in Chicago at Healthcare Alternative Systems facility, and has vast experience working with individuals, couples and families. Additionally, he counsels families that are involved with the DCFS system and is a valuable resource of information for families requiring help during times of conflict. Frank utilizes several approaches to therapy since he believes no one therapeutic approach is best. These approaches include Client Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic, CBT, and EMDR. Frank strives to find the best approach for you early on in your work with him. He personally thrives when seeing successes with people he works with and works passionately to best help you unite your body, mind, and spirit.
