“With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, my practice specializes in working with individuals and couples aged 16 and older who are navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. It can feel overwhelming to carry patterns shaped by past experiences while trying to move forward by in the present. The work is centered on helping clients build clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
Evidence-based approaches are integrated, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and principles from Polyvagal Theory. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, treatment is tailored to meet each person where they are, offering both structured tools and deeper relational work.
Healing happens in relationship. Therapy is intended to feel collaborative, grounded, and purposeful. In addition to work done in session, practical resources and outside tools are provided to reinforce growth between appointments. The goal is not just symptom relief, but sustainable transformation.
Outside the practice, my time is often spent hiking local trails with dogs or exploring the Nashville area with family. Staying connected to life beyond the therapy room matters, and that same sense of presence and intentionality is brought into work with clients.
If you are ready to better understand your story and create lasting change, it would be an honor to walk alongside you.”
